Use of the App

If you are under 13 years old, you must have parental consent
to use the app and share personal information.

You may not use the app for illegal, abusive, or harmful
purposes.

upload.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your
login credentials secure.
Subscriptions and Purchases

All purchases are handled by App Store, Google Play, and
RevenueCat.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in your
store account settings.

Refunds are subject to App Store or Google Play policies.
Intellectual Property and User Content
Ownership

You retain ownership of your original pet photos and any
personal content you provide.

AI-generated images and videos created by WigglePet are owned
by you, but you grant us certain rights as described below.

WigglePet, our logo, and app features are owned by us and
protected by intellectual property laws.
License You Grant to Us
By generating or uploading content, you confirm you have the
right to do so. You grant WigglePet a worldwide, non-exclusive,
royalty-free license to:
- Display, store, and process your content within the app
- Use your content to provide and improve our AI services
- Share your content within the app's features
- Display your public content to other WigglePet users
- Use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics
Content Rules
You may not generate or share content that includes:
- Hate speech, harassment, or violence.
- Sexual or pornographic material.
- Illegal or harmful activities.
AI-Generated Content
WigglePet uses artificial intelligence to generate images and
videos of your pets. By using these features, you acknowledge:

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, realistic, or
suitable for all purposes.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before
sharing or using it.

We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of
AI-generated outputs.

Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at
support@wigglepet.com. We reserve the right to suspend or
terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. By using WigglePet, you consent
to the collection and use of your data as described in our
Privacy Policy

Limitation of Liability
We provide WigglePet "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service
- We are not liable for data loss, security breaches, or service interruptions
- We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
